CHEESY BEAN DIP
Chi Chi's Restaurant Recipe
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup CHI-CHI'S Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
1/2 cup sliced green onions
In a medium saucepan, combine the refried beans, cheese, salsa and onions. Cook over low heat, stirring, until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Makes 2/12 cups.
