BRANDY BUTTER SAUCE
Don Pablo's Copycat Recipe
1 1/2 sticks salted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon dekuyper buttershots
Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Add powder sugar, cinnamon, brandy and buttershots. Increase heat to medium low. Allow the mixture to gently boil for a minute or two. Serve warm.
Notes: If you've ever been to Don Pablo's and had their sopapillas with brandy butter sauce, you'll love this recipe. This is really good with bread pudding, pound cake and rum cake.
