1 large flour tortilla
16 ounces longhorn cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Baked tortilla for 5 minutes directly on the rack in the oven. Remove the turkey from the oven and placed it on a pizza pan. Spread the cheese evenly over the tortillas and bake until the cheese is bubbly and completely melted, about five minutes.
