CHILI CHEESE BEER BREAD
Chi Chi's Restaurant Recipe
3 cups buttermilk baking mix
1 cup beer
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4.25 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
2 tablespoons sugar
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart round baking dish or 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Turn into baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges or slices and serve with sliced cheeses, if desired.
