QUESO DIP
Aunt Chilada's Recipe
1 1/2 pounds cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 pounds Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 (27 oz) can green chilies, diced
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons crushed red peppers
2 tablespoons black pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 cup yellow onion, diced
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated. Melt in 350 degree oven. Serve with colored tostada chips. At Aunt Chilada's you can add chorizo for an additional charge.
